Brand Summit for Success Conference 2020 is an annual flagship event in support of the small business community. In 2020, this summit had to shift like most, to a virtual event. Role & Responsibilities: Producer, working with Director of Production in the coordination & execution of the virtual programming. Coordinated with Execs/Small business speakers to schedule pre-recorded sessions to tech check each participant & record their content to be pushed live on to our custom platform (created by Momentum UK Integrated Production/Creative technologists). Directed tech checks/pre-recorded & live shoots, managed production partner controlling the live stream, collaborated with IP/CT teams to ensure vimeo embed codes/analytics properly fed content to platform for stream. Oversaw Associate Producer & Production Coordinator's designated tasks. Programs Utilized: - Unity Comms - VMix - Vimeo
