Event Manager responsible for the following: pre-season planning, renovation, and installation of the month long attraction which sees 167k+ guests. Hiring and oversight of 200+ employees. Daily operational and guest experience oversight. Measuring and adjusting operation for maximizing capacity and customer throughput. Seasonal strike and activation recap. Conceived and implemented the successful changeover from a walk up attraction with wait times exceeding 4 hours, to a reservation system that reduced wait times to under 30 minutes while maintaining guest capacity and increasing sales in adjacent retail departments.
