The kick off to the Margarita of the Year -7 bartenders from all over the world were flown in to create their entry for Margarita of the Year. Guests were asked to sample and vote for their favorite margarita. In addition to tasting margaritas guests could make their own in the Margarita Lab, where they had one on one time with a professional bartender and were taught how to create a perfectly balanced drink.
