APHA 2017 Annual Meeting & Expo

Served as the RFP manager and oversaw contracting processes for all vendors including freight, floral, security, mobile app, temporary personnel, sign language interpreters, etc. In addition to organizing the Wellness Center, 90+ temporary personnel, food and beverage, and audiovisual onsite, I also worked closely with all affiliates and internal groups on room setup, programming, and logistics.
