Developed the 2nd Annual Meeting Wellness Center and created the APHA Dance. Managed related organization requests and assisted with food and beverage logistics, audiovisual logistics, and room setups. Organized 90+ temporary personnel for 75 concurrent session rooms, general sessions, and registration area. Worked closely with the mobile app provider to ensure accurate information in the mobile app.
