Weber Metals Grand Press Unveiling

What do you get when you have 10.5 months of planning, 251 event staff, loads entertainment, food and drinks? That's what Even Solutions brought to the floor when we partnered with Weber Metals for their record-breaking Grand Press unveiling event. This included several parts to this presentation. A Manufacturing Day for local students, a private dinner party for VIPs, a family day for employees, and ended in a grand unveiling for press and executives. The first event began with a guided tour of the facilities for high schoolers. Plenty of learning was to be had, with presentations on forging concepts and the science that holds it all together. Students ate lunch with the executives for some extra learning to munch on. A private dinner was produced at the top of a Los Angeles skyscrapper for VIP guests. The anticipatory mood was set with lighting, sound and music. Audio-visual facilities helped with presentations from Weber Metals VIPs. Following this, a day for the community. We provided misting tents, industrial fans and other air-cooling systems for the comfort of guests. Refreshments, including fair-style foods, and fun entertainment (like carnival rides) brought everyone together to see the forge. Small groups were also taken on a tour of the facilities. Finally came the grand unveiling itself. HUGE screens on rollers played a 4K video before parting to reveal the press.
