In 2019, Nashville Sports Council engaged REACH to provide turn-key event sponsor management for the Music City Bowl Fan Zone spanning 3 blocks on Broadway which attracted over 46,000 football fans to Nashville during the 3-day event.
REACH delivered unparalleled event services from orchestrating the design and set up of the culinary block to preparing the footprint for the Music City Chili Bowl Cook-off. REACH excelled by coordinating logistics with partners who have unique needs such as Terrapin Beer who executed a large-scale beer garden in the middle of Broadway. REACH also organized the placement of various partner footprints on the busy streets of downtown Nashville and ensured that all production and logistics went off without a hitch throughout the event.
REACH looks forward to working with Nashville Sports Council in the future to assist in the production of 2020 Music City Bowl Fan Zone.
