What a day! 200 ladies getting dolled up with cocktails in hand. We were more than happy to add a lil extra sweetness to this event with a curated dessert menu and sharp looking bartenders.
SWEET BITES:
BUTTERSCOTCH BUDINO JARS
salted caramel, dark chocolate ganache, whipped creme fraiche, cocoa nibs
NUTELLA “DING DONG”
devils food cake, hazelnut buttercream, milk chocolate glaze with shaved hazelnut
MINI PAVLOVA
macerated berries & citrus, whipped mascarpone, basil simple syrup
