To promote the theatrical release of Universal Pictures’ How To Train Your Dragon 3, Rubik created a green-screen pod experience where Universal Park visitors could ride a fabricated dragon to #FlyWithToothless on a journey through the hidden world! Guests received a personalized trailer video immersing them into the world of How To Train Your Dragon and easily shareable for all to enjoy.
Kicking off at Universal Parks in Hollywood and Orlando, our unique "ride" captured the hearts of millions of tourists and families from around the world. The final chapter in the animated trilogy generated $55.5 million at launch - a franchise-best debut and the biggest opening weekend of the year to date.
