From The PR Department
The PR Department was excited to bring to life The Maille Flavour Studio, an experiential multi-sensory learning space that worked together to entice foodies to discover the world of La Maison Maille. In order to exceed our objectives, we created an activation that provided:
• A MEMORABLE STORY – WHY BUY MAILLE
Our knowledgeable experts (a sommelier in Toronto and a chef in Montreal) told the Maille story, reinforced brand benefits and showed the product in action.
• ENGAGEMENT FOR ATTENDEES
The Maille Flavour Studio offered two tasting zones as well as an opportunity to make your own mustard, providing visitors a hands-on experience focused on the core Maille products.
• A WAY TO CONTINUE THE EXPERIENCE AT HOME
The activation gave visitors the opportunity to experience to take their mustard creation home and extended the brand experience to the kitchen table, providing a strong reminder of what they have seen, tasted and heard at the Maille Flavour Studio.
• INCENTIVES TO CONTINUE THE ENGAGEMENT ONLINE AND AT RETAIL
Our brand ambassadors explained the contest and handed-out brochures featuring recipes, coupons and contest details to drive consumers online, on social media and in store.
• SELECT PRODUCT OFFERING
The Maille pop-up shop provided an opportunity to taste and buy products that are not widely available in Canada as well as core products at a discount.
