Hi all! I’m looking into venues in Nashville to host a 1 day meeting for about 120 people - NO HOTELS. We need (2) breakout rooms along with a general session space (this year the group was at Acme Feed and Seed, but need a better breakout set up for 2024).
The added challenge is that we are also hoping to host a concert the night before or night of the event nearby or onsite for about 200-250 people. Any recommended venues or parts of Nashville to look at for either portion of the event would be amazing!

We recently used Handwrytten to create welcome cards for an event and they turned out fabulous (good quality paper, and the handwriting looks really legit) - they are good if you wanted printed good to mail/hand out
For digital send only I’ve had good experience with greenvelope - and guests get it in their email and get to click on it to open the invite and the invite can flip back and forth, etc

Hi Everyone, I am planning four 100-150 person events and wanting to find a vendor that can do onsite badge printing and attendee check-in. I just got a quote from cvent that seems really high ($12K per city). Does anyone have any recommendations for other companies that help with event check-in/registration with badge printing?

Hi all - I am seeking name badge advice for an upcoming conference of 60-70ppl. We are in the process of printing 3x5 badges on lanyards for the current rsvp list, but need recommendations for a printer for labels/stickers for onsite (last minute rsvps, correcting any typos, etc) to print on blank badges. Does anyone have recommendations? We used a p-touch yesterday for a conference and it was not great!

Not a "new" venue, but it is definitely a venue that pleasantly surprised me last week- I hosted a group of 50 people for a lunch & learn + cocktail reception in Chicago at Spin, and we had a WONDERFUL experience. I usually select more traditional event spaces like hotels for this style of corporate event, but everything from the food quality to the existing furniture around the space and the service pre and during was 10/10. I primarily chose this venue because of the location, but I also wanted to host a fun activity after the meeting to keep attendees around for my sales team. Spin was perfect on all fronts! The company I work for is high-growth SAAS, so the edgy design was totally fine for us. I've attached a few of my pictures from the event here.
