Hey all! One of the events I work on is looking into a interactive floor plan platform we can use both internally as a multi-department team and externally to clients. Finding something where we can control who can see what and is very user friendly (both back end and front end) is key. We used a2z last year and are open to other platforms.
Are there any floor plan platforms out there that folks absolutely love?

Thank you @EventPlanner963 I’d be open to a intro. From my quick google search, it looks like Merri is more geared for weddings and the events I work on are conferences. I would love to see if they are able to do corporate events as well. This event team is very visual and I could see the tech being helpful to this team.

What’s the best venue designer platform for events with full table, 1/2 table, and individual seats for sale? Looking at 350-400 attendees. The event is 1x/year so I won’t need a subscription service. I’ve explored these : Planning Pod, All Seated, Social Tables

Looking for a DMC/event production company recommendation to help me with the following (*highly ambitious) project: Company kick off event (2-3 day offsite, local + intl travel from Chile) for 1200 people in Jan 2024. Our CFO wants to see 3 budget scenarios for an event in Vegas, SF and 1 other location (Florida or Arizona) by EOW. Recognizing it's not realistic to pull detailed quotes & availability by then, but would love to provide a ballpark p/person estimate at least. Thank you!

We are planning some private dining events in NYC and I'm curious if there are any hidden gems of event spaces or private dining rooms (Manhattan) that folks would recommend. Dinners will be about 25 people. We did the last one at Little Owl Townhouse and loved it!!
Hey All! Im running point on a 200 person conference this fall, but having trouble finding an event registration platform that meets the following needs:
1. Paid registration options
2. Ability to have approval process to vet registrants before they pay
3. aesthetically pleasing and easy to use for registrants
I set up a glue up account but have not been having the best experience, and im trying out RSVPify, but if 1)anyone has any recommendations or 2) has tried any of these platforms please let me know 🙂
