Hi friends! I'm looking for a cool venue in Bentonville, AR for a holiday/cocktail party in December for less than 100 people. Has anyone worked in the area and/or can recommend a spot that might not be already considered a "go-to"? Thanks in advance!
Check back here in a day, there will be more for you! https://thevendry.com/venues/search/usa/ar/bentonville
Not sure what all of the event spaces look like, but went to a wedding at Crystal Bridges that was stunning!
@EventPlanner963 of course this was my first stop before I posted in the group! 🙂
Yes course mostly we have a new ability to prioritize cities so I marked it high priority for you - give it a day or two!
@EventPlanner266 more there for you now!
Does anyone have a recommendation for sourcing awards? Like physical awards with an engraving?
Hi all! Need some inspiration for planning a holidat staff retreat for approx 20 ppl early December. Going to have a low, middle and luxury option. Most folks are NY based but would look anywhere in the US. Let me know if anyone has any super fun ideas! Thanks! :)
Hi All - what are your favorite venues that have in house catering? Looking for venues that seat around 120 people for dinner and still have room for a stage, step and repeat, and maybe a 10x10 sponsor activation. Usually we work in raw, blank spaces and bring in catering but this budget wont allow so we are open to suggestions. Looking for somehtign super modern and chic. Ideally trying to stay away from old school venues like Ciprani, etc... Think Soho House chic.
Hi colleagues - I'm looking to do a screening for about 150-ish ppl on 11/2 in NYC - in the evening. (This is all last-minute.) I'm looking into a few spaces, but would love to hear from you on what spaces you recommend.
Looking for a venue that can accommodate the following flow:
• A VIP reception (w/ drinks & hors d'oeuvres ) for 40-50 ppl, 40 mins prior to the general call-time
• Screening area would open at the general call-time and wld have drinks and food for the rest of the guests that arrive
• Once we have critical mass in the screening area we'll begin to intro the film and show it
• After the screening well do a talk-back/ Q&A with folx from the film
• Event ends

Hi everyone, hope all is well! I’m in the market for a new venue in downtown Seattle and looking for recommendations. Hey all! Anyone have any hotel / venue recommendations in the Seaport area of Boston that would fit 150 in rounds in a ballroom / meeting space? Thanks in advance!
Hey everyone - I'm sharing this here because I see a lot of asks around swag. I had dinner with several entrepreneurs last week and one of the founders has a premium sticker company that sells stickers at The Whitney, MOMA, etc. I asked if he does swag / brand collabs and they do. Sharing their deck here if you could find helpful. Maybe this is because I have kids, but I loved the idea of premium stickers as a giveaway item (has anyone else done that??) for laptops, giving to your kids after going to a biz event, etc. https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1eud8FkLrzpLED03VX5y4-92jThK2cm5W2k3elg7eKfQ/edit?usp=sharing -- his email is [email hidden] if you ever want to reach out
Hey! I’m looking for a cocktail party & dinner venue in Vancouver for 50-70 people. Does anyone have any good recommendations? Inhouse AV is a plus but I’m open to all kinds of spaces. The guests are staying at the Fairmont hotel and would prefer a space close to it.
Hi everyone! I am looking for concert venues / event spaces in Seattle area to host 2,500 - 3,000 guests for a concert. We are currently in the process of planning our Investor Summit which will take place on September 14th in the Palo Alto/Mountain View area. The Summit will be an all day event (9am-5pm) featuring key note speakers and pitches from the HBCU Accelerator Cohort. We are looking for a venue to accommodate 150 people. We have a few prospects at the moment but would love any contacts you can introduce us to. Budget for venue is between $5K - $15K so definitely on a discounted basis. Ideally a place that can bring in their own food (so no hotels unless the hotel wants to discount their food offerings).
