One of our clients is looking for a scenic nature place (preferably secluded) with accommodation and activity space for 40-50 people. 4 days (3 nights). Arrive on a Thursday, stay on Friday/Saturday, and leave on a Sunday. Location preference is South Carolina, North Carolina or the southern Virginia region. Not interested in locations with religious affiliation. Community building theme, peaceful and inspiring is the vibe. Event dates are flexible; looking at doing the event two times a year; fall and summer. Need meeting space, breakout space, and outdoor activity space. Full-service venue; service staff, dining facilities, housekeeping, etc. I appreciate any input from venue suggestions to partnering on wow’ing this client.

Hi! Looking for some creative venues for an internal offsite in January for 23 of us. Would love an inn buyout in Catskills, Charleston, Savannah...bonus points if they do Murder Mysteries onsite! 🔍 😄
