Does anyone here have experience gauging noise levels for rooms or work with vendors who do?

We're wondering about the noise levels in the Pavilion Room at The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas - any insight would be great. We'd also be curious to know how to go about assessing it and if they have preferred companies/vendors/tactics for noise management. Anything we can learn would be helpful. We're pretty unsure of how to gauge this aspect of the venues we tour/vet for because many other events aren't similar enough to ours so going into a room when there is a reception of a large conference, or a wedding, for example, don't give us a comparable view.

hi all!! i’m hosting a few intimate exec/client dinners (10 guests) in a couple cities, does anyone have any recommendations for good private dining rooms in atlanta, near perimeter center (trying to stay near our client) or dallas downtown?

Looking for recommendations for special PDRs / restaurants in Dallas for a group of 30-36 execs (BoD offsite). Most guests are coming from NYC. Must be good food and service but more laid back luxury is ok (e.g. no 5 course tasting menus)
