I'm looking for the resort hotels for 350 person event - anywhere in the US. Any favs come to mind?

Happy Tuesday! My company hosts a very elaborate sit-down dinner for 200 guests in connection to a conference that changes locations each year. In 2025 it will be in March in San Diego. Would love a recommendation of a venue to host. We are looking in to the Don Room now and have to freshen up my research post-Covid. Also, this dinner is super glamourous - think living walls and performers so would love to hear any feedback if you have done anything similar!

hi all - i'm looking for a Four Seasons/high end level of venue in San Diego, as close to the convention center as possible. Flexible on pax - shooting for 130 reception but would prefer a nicer venue over larger capacity. anyone a venue expert in San Diego?? thank you!
