The Parlor

Tucked behind Franklin + Kent’s main bar room is an intimate semi-private event room, The Parlor. Featuring flexible floorplans, a dedicated sound system, and colorful decor, The Parlor is perfect for casual birthdays, baby & bridal showers, engagement parties, or a private dinner with friends. For catering options, Threes has teamed up with Greenpoint Fish & Lobster, who can provide anything from light bites to full, seated dinners. Due to the nature of events in the Parlor, the room is only available to book starting the first of the month prior to your desired date. Events in this space require a commitment to a beverage minimum spend and no rental fees. Beverage minimums range depending on the size of your group and the day of the week.
