Overview

Celebrate in the distinctive ambiance of the John F. Wolfe Palm House. A double grand staircase provides for an elegant entrance, with steps descending into a tropical garden setting complete with large palms, iron gazebos and a Venetian-style fountain. The soaring glass roof of this Victorian-era structure admits beautiful natural light, perfect for a ceremony, luncheon or large cocktail reception. In the evening, an inspiring display of light from artist James Turrell’s LED installation transforms the space, creating an unforgettable atmosphere for your special event. Rental of the John F. Wolfe Palm House includes The Wolfe Terrace. This striking brick veranda extends west from the Palm House and provides spectacular views of the Grand Mallway’s botanical gardens. A stunning visual backdrop is provided at dusk when the John F. Wolfe Palm House is illuminated by light artist James Turrell’s LED installation, Light Raiment II.
