The Flat is nestled in the heart of the Flatiron District, just steps away from Madison Square Park, the Flatiron Building & across the street from “Eataly”.The main floor features 2,500 square feet of multi purpose space, includes a mezzanine/stage area in the back section, and has an outdoor balcony area as well. The space features an industrial, rustic aesthetic with exposed brick, high ceilings, skylights, and original woodwork. The cellar of the flat is an additional 2,500 square feet of multi-use space containing a changing room, green room with a private restroom, storage space, massive prep area, and terrace for crew members to gather some fresh air or just enjoy the artwork
