Award-winning architects Tod Williams and Billie Tsien, who also laid out the Obama Presidential Library in Chicago, designed the building. The interior was engineered by Cyril Harris, an acoustics expert and consultant to elite halls across the country, including the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.
