At Mori, we serve a contemporary omakase menu offering an assortment of seasonal fish and seafood flown directly from Japan. Led by Chef Solomon Halim & Chef Andre Wijaya, who were opening chefs for Catch & Shuko respectively, we curate an intimate 16 course tasting menu.
