At 475 sq. m, the Durbar Hall Sabhagaar is a dazzling showcase of the world’s longest running dynasty. Built in the 1910s by Maharana Fateh Singh, it is amongst India’s most dramatic heritage banquet halls. A show-stopping1000 kilogram central crystal chandelier flanked by others illuminates the pillar-less hall like a larger-than-life dream. The walls are lined with portraits of Maharanas from the Mewar dynasty and vintage weaponry, while Persian carpets cushion the marble floor. A Crystal Gallery – the world’s largest private collection of crystal objects d’art - fringes the upper level. Amplified by the palace’s warm hospitality, top-notch technical infrastructure and immaculate service, Sabhagaar is a unique venue for grand conferences and formal sit-down dinners.
