This luxurious room, located in the heart of the opera house, has been meticulously preserved and beautifully furnished. Originally reserved for the emperor on special occasions, it was known as the 'court salon'. Today, this exquisite tearoom continues to host exceptional events such as awards ceremonies and special celebrations. The opulent furnishings reflect the grandeur of the imperial Ringstrasse era, with side windows offering a view of the ceremonial staircase. The walls are adorned with yellow and gold silk featuring the emperor's monogram, while the ceiling painting by Carl Madjera titled 'Allegory of the Arts' symbolizes the harmonious blend of artistic disciplines found in music theatre.
