Overview

Formerly a council room, the large lounge enjoys a central position on the façade of Les Invalides. Thanks to its large bay windows, your guests will enjoy a superb perspective, on one side, over the main courtyard and the golden dome of the Invalides and, on the other, over the Esplanade des Invalides, the Seine and the Alexandre III Bridge. Fireplaces, monumental chandeliers, arrays and trophies of weapons, portraits (Napoleon III, Louis XIV) and red velvet hangings give shine and elegance to this exceptional place which benefited from major restoration work in 2018. Located in the first gallery of the main courtyard, the large living room opens onto exterior passageways which, especially on sunny days, allow you to enjoy the incomparable and magnificent setting of the main courtyard. With a surface area of 170 m2 , it can accommodate 300 people for a cocktail and 120 people for a seated lunch or dinner, as well as concerts, conferences and work meetings.
