The Butcher Room offers a multi-course, chef's-choice dinner served family-style for parties of 6-12 guests. Our menu is carefully crafted by our chef and culinary team, showcasing the seasonal flavors of Vermont ingredients. We are able to accommodate dietary restrictions with prior notice. The starting price for this dining experience is $120 per person, which includes a glass of bubbly to start. Please note that the price does not cover other beverages, tax, or gratuity. Reservations can be made between 48 hours and 60 days in advance, with a 6:30 pm start time. We kindly request a confirmed final guest count two days prior to the reservation to ensure a seamless dining experience.
