Meeting Room 2

The Curtis Culwell Center offers two 1,003 square foot meeting rooms located across a hallway from the ballrooms. The southern walls of these rooms are large panned glass windows that provide a view of the adjoining Spring Creek Forest Park Preserve. They provide excellent breakout rooms for larger meetings and are also use for smaller and more intimate events. These rooms have also been turned into green rooms for performers in the arena and judges and coaches breakout rooms for other competitions. There are blackout screens on the windows that can be closed for presentations. These rooms can be rented separately for smaller groups or as part of a larger package.
