The name "icca" is derived from the Zen saying, "一花開天下春＝One flower opens the sky in spring”. This single flower is not the cherry blossom, which is known as a typical spring flower in Japan. It refers to the plum blossom, which is the first flower to announce the arrival of spring. Through our hospitality and cuisine, we would like to make a flower bloom in your heart.
