Beach Club Gulf View Meeting Room

Site Fee includes exclusive use of the Gasparilla Inn Beach Club Gulf View Meeting Room. This includes the Yoga Pool Deck and Loggia. Site rental also includes setup and use of appropriate tables for food service, dining and seating for up to 100 guests. In-House items provided for your convenience include: white linen tablecloths and napkins, appropriate china, silver and glass (acrylic stemware when poolside), and white tea light candles in glass holders. Lighting includes, Tiki torches by the seawall (excluding turtle season) and permanently installed lighting in the Pavilion and Gulf Room. Items not included are specially installed paper lanterns or other specialty lighting or PA equipment. Beach Club music must conclude by 11:00 p.m.
