Wilmington’s cocktail lounge was once a money vault but is now a well curated cocktail experience with a fireplace, vaulted brick ceiling, custom painted wall mural and cozy well appointed lounge furniture. Simmer Down can accommodate up to 65 for a private event. Simmer Down does not take group reservations on busy Friday or Saturday nights.
