Overview
It was here at Bryggeriet Apollo - Denmark's first microbrewery in recent times, that the Danish beer revolution started in 1990. Apollo serves home-brewed draft beer, and we always have three to four different types of beer on tap. Enjoy the beer in the brewery's rustic and cozy surroundings. The menu offers, among other things on roast beef, caesar salad, juicy spareribs, fish & chips, cheeseburger, vegetarian burger and plenty of snacks that go well with beer. The delicate, home-brewed schnapps, which is made from beer (at Apollo's sister brewery in Herning) is definitely also worth tasting.
