A quaint hideaway and our newest event venue sits within the gardens of the Tidewater House. The Carriage House is the perfect venue for intimate meetings, rehearsal dinners and weddings. This space gives our guests and couples an alternative to hosting their events under one roof at the Tidewater Inn while keeping with our extraordinary service and cuisine. Located less than a block from the Tidewater Inn, the Carriage House was converted from the Tidewater House’s original garage. This farmhouse inspired building features a warm color palette of soft and warm grays, vaulted ceiling with six oversized chandeliers, floor to ceiling brick fireplace, custom built bar and exclusive patio within the Tidewater House Gardens.
