Military Park

Once a Civil War encampment and training field, Military Park at White River State Park is 12 acres of green space in the shape of a military badge. You can rent all 12 acres or only a couple of quadrants. The east quadrant has a 40 x 50 open-aired shelter house. This space can host up to 50,000 people in its entirety and plays host to festivals, community celebrations, charity events, run-walks, animal-friendly get-togethers, farmers' markets, and more.
