The Teekenzaal was originally designed for the Department of Drawing, where models posed and still lifes were designed. After part of Felix Meritis was hit by a fire, this room has been given a completely new and fresh character. The Teekenzaal is ideal for business meetings, conferences, break-outs and presentations. Unique is the possibility to split this space in two, so that the rooms can be programmed separately from each other. This division of the surface can also be seen graphically in the sleek design of the room. In addition, the 'sheets of paper' on the ceiling not only serve as a finishing touch to the concept, but also as an acoustic support to make the sound clear. The large windows make this room feel light and spacious, so you can enjoy a beautiful view of Amsterdam.
