The Elective

The Elective is the brain child of partners: Matthew Garofalo, Tyler Laroche, & Merrilee Paul. Located at 58 Main St in downtown Kennebunk adjacent to 50 Local, the Elective aims to give locals & visitors alike another reason to visit quaint Kennebunk. The is a space to flex our culinary creativity while providing a hands on cooking & cocktail experience. Classes will run weekly and are available for private groups as well. The dining room can be rented for private parties. The newly renovated space showcases a ceramic bar, upholstered banquettes, spanning windows overlooking downtown Kennebunk, and a fresh style curated by local designer, Nicki Bongiorno. The space opens to our retail space featuring our own line of products that have been tried & true through our kitchen & bar at 50 Local.
