Overview
Located in the main pavilion, the Restaurant serves a daily changing menu of wilderness-inspired cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner from its open kitchen, as well as snacks and afternoon tea. With bespoke menus created for every occasion, the dining room creates a private dining space for up to 20 guests, where fresh Utah-sourced produce and locally raised meats are used to create a rustic-but-refined experience.
