Hudson Table - Brooklyn

Hudson Table is an interactive culinary studio and event space opening in Williamsburg, Brooklyn focusing on experiential dining. We offer hands-on cooking classes, multi-course chef's tables, large scale catered events and plated in-house dining experiences. Private hands-on classes have a maximum of 24 guests. Guests work on every dish on the menu from start to finish while being lead by our team. Classes feature a lead chef with 6-10 years in the restaurant industry and 1-2 assistants. After the 2 hours allotted for the cooking, we turn the space into a cozy dining room for your group to enjoy the meal. Catered events max out at 70 people, with appetizers ready to enjoy upon arrival while our chefs cook in the open kitchen. All food is served buffet style at the counter, with family style option available for parties of 24 or less. Every menu is fully customized to accommodate for any allergies, dietary restrictions and to suit your tastes.
