Event Space

The Foundry’s 12,000 square feet have been the site of some of Atlanta’s most high-profile events. Though the space’s capacity depends on the configuration of each particular event (table and bar arrangements, dance floor, and audio visual installations all affect true capacity) the open floor plan allows tremendous flexibility for events from 150 to 1200 guests. Space rental rates, per event, range from $3,000 to $4,500. Included with the rental rates are a set number of tables and chairs, as well as a two 80-foot lengths of sheer drapery, for division of the space. Use of the facility’s ample 250-car parking lot is also included in rental fees. Special rates may be offered for proms and non-profit organizations.
