The Galleria and Galleria Lobby

With the sweep and openness of a city street that, indeed, once was located here, the Galleria connects the north and south sides of the Charleston Gaillard Center through a soaring two-story lobby. One either end, patrons enter through exterior glass and polished brass doors through a vestibule and a set of stained American cherry doors to vaulted two-story open spaces spanned by decorative columns. Passage through the foyers leads to the heart of the Galleria, warmly surrounded by high wainscoting and Celadon green Venetian plaster.
