El Matador

Inspired by Latin America’s lifestyle, where food is more than a meal, but rather an event, El Matador Room is Toro Toro’s new private dining salon. It’s the perfect place for a celebration that's shared, savored and enjoyed by intimate groups. Acclaimed Celebrity Chef Richard Sandoval puts a unique spin on South and Central American ingredients and flavors through an array of hot and cold savory small plates, meant for sharing. El Matador Room seats 30 guests and if more want to join in on the “fiesta,” El Matador Room’s sliding doors open up to the lounge, which can entertain an additional 60 guests.
