City View Penthouse at South Park Center is an exclusive venue seated 30 floors above the Downtown Los Angeles skyline. With sweeping views of the entire Los Angeles landscape, City View Penthouse is the ideal setting for any celebration or meeting. The rate for the City View Penthouse North (includes access to City View Deck) is $9,500, with a maximum capacity of 150 seated, and 220 for a cocktail style reception. The Full 30th Floor (North + South Suites) and the City View Deck is available for a flat rate cost of $13,500, with a maximum capacity of 250 seated, and 400 for a cocktail style reception. Included Event Amenities: 8 Hours of total Event Rental (additional hours available at additional cost). 4 to 6 Hours of Set Up Included (may also be flexible depending on event/date). 4 Hour Load Out.
