Sun Room

Situated in the heart of Austin steps away from the famed South Congress strip, the new Sun Room serves as a multipurpose venue ideal for accommodating everything from a daytime meeting to an intimate cocktail hour for 14 guests seated (with existing furniture) or 25 standing. Located above the hotel’s lounge and kitchen, the 310 sq. ft. space features built-in, burgundy lacquer shelves that feature a 65” TV and a hidden bar, a mid-century modern boardroom table with plush overdyed chairs, while floor to ceiling windows with lush velvet curtains let the sunlight pour in through the branches of the 200 year old oak tress that pepper the property, and a custom Murano Glass chandelier completes the interiors, while a small outdoor patio provides views of the property’s lush grounds.
