A signed agreement and deposit in the amount of the anticipated food and beverage revenue will be required to confirm private dining reservations. Menlo Tavern requires a 72-hour advance guarantee of the number of guests in your party, otherwise, the final bill will be calculated according to the anticipated food and beverage revenue stipulated on the contract. Applicable sales tax will apply to all taxable items.
