Boulette's Larder
Gourmet brunch, breakfast & lunch are served at this kitchenlike cafe with a communal table.
Boulettes Larder opened in 2004 as a specialty shop and restaurant in San Francisco’s Ferry Building, and quickly grew a reputation for its breakfast and lunch dishes. The quaint open-kitchen adorned with copper pots and displays of seasonal fruits and flowers, offers a backdrop to watch Chef Amaryll Schwertner in her artistic element, plating locally produced, farm fresh ingredients inspired by the flavors of the Mediterranean, North Africa, Greece, Japan, and Eastern Europe. Located on the Southeast side of the Ferry Building, Boulettes Larder presents locals and visitors alike a place to enjoy a sunny breakfast or cozy lunch sitting in the beautiful kitchen or on the patio, which faces the sunrise and the Bay Bridge. With a changing market menu, regarded as a treasure by San Franciscans since its opening, vegetarians and locavores can find their true north at Boulettes Larder, where Chef Schwertner has relied on local farm ingredients for her 30+ year career in Bay Area.
