Hi all, I’m looking to either rent or purchase a photo booth for a 3 month exhibition in Kansas City starting in late May. I’ve found a couple of KC-based companies, but they all charge ~$500/day. So thinking maybe renting/buying directly from a vendor might be a less expensive route. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks!
Hey everyone! Not looking for a recommendation but I figured this belongs here as well. I asked for advice for a Phoenix AV company back in January or February and got some recommendations. Whomever recommended Merestone based in AZ, THANK YOU sincerely. They were amazing to work with especially with Encore as the “competition.” They also travel where you need them to. 100% worth the booking.

Can anyone recommend a reg software for a one day, all general session meeting for 200 pax? We need standard meeting items- speaker bios/photos, agenda, ticketing, comp codes, etc. Didn’t know who might be good for a one off event.
