Mr. Kieren has sketched at events in New York City, London, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami, Philadelphia and Boston for various clients as varied as Target, Google, The McKittrick Hotel/Sleep No More, Refinery Hotel, Knickerbocker Hotel, Entertainment Weekly, The Standard, Espolon Tequila, Lord & Taylor, VICE, The Knot, Daily Front Row, One World Observatory, Hyatt Worldwide, Beats by Dre, Pernod-Ricard USA, Salvatore Ferragamo, and GQ. The artist has been privileged to draw for events in such prestigious venues as MoMA PS1, The Plaza Hotel, and the Maddox Gallery in Oxford Circus, London, as well as to draw as part of culturally significant moments such as The TriBeCa Film Festival and The Evening Before the Emmys Gala in Los Angeles. Mr. Kieren adds a unique durational element to your event through sketching of candid scenes, fashion illustrations, or portraits of your guests. The most popular format (and Mr. Kieren’s unique specialty) is to let the artist move freely around the event, discreetly observing and candidly sketching your guests, then presenting the envelope to them (with their drawing inside) as a surprise.
