Planning an event can be difficult, especially if you are just starting out in the industry or just plain overworked. We walk our clients through the event planning and design process to create a successful event. Time is valuable and it's important for guests to feel they have spent their time in a meaningful way. Although we don't require all attendees to be vaccinated to produce a clients event, we abide by all city, county and state guidelines. We do encourage that everyone be tested regardless of vaccination status. We work with the hotels if someone does fall ill while at the program. Based on city and county guidelines, if masks are required, we would ask that the client provide signage for masks. We also work with vendors (hotel and catering) to ensure they are following health and safety guidelines as well.
