| Pricing Details | Unlimited emails + phone calls Rental showroom visits to create a “look” & tabletop schematic Detailed timeline emailed to the couple & all vendors Professional floor plan created on All-Seated or edited in conjunction with the venue Walk-through at venue 1 week to 1 month advance of the ceremony + reception Rehearsal with bridal party one to two days prior to the wedding Coordination of catering with all vendors hired for the day, including the rental company, tent company (as needed), outside liquor distributors, wedding cake, florist, musicians, entertainment, venue coordinator, etc. Day-of planner to arrive to oversee the lineup of the bridal party, ceremony & getting the guests on transportation to reception Keep bridal party and all vendors on track/on schedule Manage escort cards, table assignments & all table decor as desired by the client Ensure personal details, DIY décor items, guest book, family photographs & gifts are accounted for/given to designated POC at end of event |
