Captain Michael Harden is a commercial lobsterman of nearly 20 years and founded LobsterCraft in 2012 as a food truck to bring hot, fresh, and local lobster rolls to the people. An extensive knowledge of lobster combined with his passion for cooking has produced food that has won local, regional, and national accolades. LobsterCraft now operates 2 food trucks which are exclusively focused on private parties, corporate events, and large public festivals/events as well as having 2 restaurants in Fairfield and Norwalk, CT respectively. Steve Bayliss is COO of LobsterCraft and brings 25 years of client side global marketing and brand strategy to the table with LobsterCraft as well. He has extensive experiential marketing experience across the coffee (Nespresso), beverage alcohol (Guinness, Captain Morgan), and personal care categories (Schick, Banana Boat).
