About
Husband and wife team, Rachael and Coy opened their BBQ restaurant in 2015. Chef Coy, a classically trained chef, originally from Texas ad has BBQ in his blood. Rachael, from Colorado, has worked in restaurants since she was 15. Both have a wide range of experience in executing events from small family gatherings to large weddings and corporate events. Menus are customized to suit their guests' needs and made from scratch. Unique Colorado menu items of Smoked Lamb, Bison Ribs and handmade Bison Green Chile Sausage along with the traditional BBQ fare will create a memorable meal for your guests.
