IN8 Create: Half Day LEGO Serious Play Workshop
Increase connection, performance, and engagement with insights from your team. Using LEGO bricks and the power of storytelling with metaphor, you'll get honest insights and knowledge at unheard of speed.
This customized half day event is a great way to get your team to dig into a challenge and align.
Each participant starts off with their own LEGO Serious Play kit and a set of skills building exercises to get everyone confident with the method.
From there we tackle various questions by having teams build out their answers.
For example : Build your teams identity - what are you amazing at, what do you stand for, who are you at your core.
Questions are flexible and can be applied to various applications.

From here we can expand into
Team models - great for culture, shared goals, unifying themes
Landscapes- Great for seeing all the pieces of a situation and how they fit
